Danielle, our equipment manager, is always screwing around on the web, looking for a deal on this thing or that. That’s what makes her so good at her job. During one of her ventures, she stumbles across this little site “The Minnesota Paranormal Study Group” (MNPSG). Adam Nori is a member of this crew and the editor of ECTO Magazine.
Danielle brought the first issue to one of our meetings and we all read it and discussed it. Totally off our agenda, we probably spent a good 30 minutes just BS’ing about this mag azine!
ECTO is written by ghost hunters, for ghost hunters. As Adam says in his “from the editor column”, ”This magazine is dedicated entirely to Ghost Hunting, not a single Bigfoot, no Nessie, and certainly none of those little gray men who invade our bedrooms.”
Ecto’s content is exactly what Adam says. They have numerous articles in issue 1 that I found very interesting as an investigator and very informative. If your a seasoned paranormal investigator, just learning the ropes or someone who just likes to read about ghost hunting, this magazine is one you need to check out. I now have the first 3 issues of ECTO on file to reference, and enjoy, thanks to our equipment manager.
Issue #1 includes an interview with Brandi Green from GHI, an article on “7 Things that need to change in ghost hunting” (which I really agree with too.), a featured haunt of the Palmer house, equipment reviews as well as entrainment news and stories. Literally, something for everyone who’s into ghost hunting.
